Why only $20?
Because the cost of being heard shouldn't be another barrier. Traditional therapy averages $139 per session in the US. We built Be Heard Space to change that. $20 covers our listener's time, platform costs, and keeps the lights on — without a middleman taking 40%.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every session is a single, standalone transaction. Book once, use once. There are no monthly fees, no packages, and no commitments. Come when you need it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Verve. Payment is processed securely at the point of booking.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 2 hours before your session and receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 2 hours are not refunded, but you can reschedule once at no extra charge.
How does the refund work if I'm not satisfied?
If after your first session you didn't feel genuinely heard, email us at hello@beheardspace.com within 24 hours. We process full refunds within 3–5 business days. We don't ask why — we take your word for it.
